Sited around an existing court, the addition focuses its attention outwards maximising light and garden views to create an engaging living pavilion.
An expression of materiality and form, the new living pavilion provides amenity and new entry point, creating distinction between public and private areas to the home. Muted and restrained materials provide a subtle tactility, grounding the form to the site. Uncluttered in nature, new living areas encourage engagement with existing forms, outdoor spaces and continued layering of personality and patina over time.
